My SaniTru is leaking, what should I do?

First, always make sure that you are using your SaniTru unit in an upright position.  Tilting and angling forward or positioning the unit upside down may result in flooding the spray head.  If you are experiencing leaking, simply bring your SaniTru back to an upright position that will allow the water to flow away from the spray head. Also, make sure that the spray head fits securely onto the unit.
